Praha ❤️

My love affair with Czech Republic first started when I was a teenager and met this fun guy, Petr! While our friendship disappeared as soon as his butt was back in Czech, my obsession with the country just never went away (0: 

One random Wednesday morning in January, David came home and told me to pack my bags; my dream of visiting Praha was coming true!!

Let's Go! We drove all afternoon and arrived just after 18.00.

While living in Denmark, we had started to make plans with Eddie to celebrate Christmas in Praha. Unfortunately, we ran into some obstacles ( mainly, us moving to germany lol ), but we still wanted to take time to include him in our visit (0:

My friend Jan recommended that we go eat at Hergetova cihelna, a restaurant owned by one of his friends. I'm so glad we did!! Can you see the joy a simple Crème Brûlée brings to this girl?!

Salzburg

GaPa is located only a few kilometers away from Austria, and we travelled there a few times on days off. Here's a peek at our day trip to Salzburg.

We decided that one of us was gonna be in every picture we took that day, because.. Let's be honest; churches, castles, bridges.. it's all beautiful, but we know you all wanna see US enjoying it! ( We miss you too )

Thankfully, I sat in on the chairs featured on the 'Spirit of Mozart' art display, which was created to invite visitors to sit and meditate. While I'm not sure about this whole meditation system, it did bring a smile back to my face (0:

Favorite moment of the day; we walked one of the bridges and kindly asked a man with a tripod and huge photography equipement to take a picture of us.. This is my face when I realized he couldn't care less about the decor, and he was gonna do a 'portrait' of us. Are you serious bud? I can take a selfie any day; the point of this picture is the decor! Ahahaha.. I asked him to back away a little, but after 5-6 pictures zoomed in, I had had enough lol

We spotted 2 American teenagers who looked 'Instagram' enough for me and seem to know the drill when taking tourist pictures (0:

I (home)made funfetti cupcakes for David to take to the rink and share with the team on the morning of his birthday, and then I made a carrot cake for us to eat at 3am when he came back from his road game (0:
