Praha

Great couple days of relaxing in Praha (Prague). Took in some sights, played tourist and finally got to sleep in. Back in SK now. Ten hr flight seven hr time change. Got in noonish today Heat hit me right away. Weather in czech was similar to east coast and I was enjoying it. The heat isnt as bad as when I was first in SK tho. Lots of laundry n rest. Back at er tomo. 

Czecho

Finished our ex games in czecho. Played three games in three days this week. Bit of a grind. We ended up winning two of three and four of five on the trip. Teams this week were significantly better than last weeks teams. Went to watch a top german team play a top czech team tonight. Entertaining game w the home team winning. I knew two guys on german team. Tomo we practice then Go to prague for two days b4 back to SK. Lookin fwd to getting back and getting into a routine amd setting up apt. Happy w  camp this far. All is good here. Hope all is well with y'all. 

Brno

Enjoying my busy days in Czecho. Had a chance to explore a bit yesterday. Wiki'd the town and learned some general info then went for a stroll. Being in Europe again is very weird because I know I am not playing here this season yet everything is so familiar. The food, the coffee, lil standard cars, castles and churches. It all reminds me of Zagreb. I absolutely am loving my new team. The players are great and the asian culture is as well. Lookin fwd to a good week here then back to SK and Ianne getting her ass in Asia!

Games

First two games of the year are done. We played two teams from the Czech 2nd league. Fun to play again. 3-1 and 4-1 wins. This is the bar and energy drink provided to us. Yummm

Carly and Mel got us customized tanks; 'ain't no wifey', 'sorta wifey'.. And 'wifey' was missing because she was running late ahahha 

Great roadtrip with Lauren; a nice 8h-drive from Calgary to beautiful Summerland BC. The actual wedding is tomorrow at the Bonitas vinery, where we got to taste a couple bottles today; awesome time so far!!

This is my luggage for my 10 days trip to Alberta and BC for my friends Kelsey and Jeremy's wedding.. And to think that David is afraid of me overpacking for 8 months to Seoul?

Long day

Spent 8hrs at the rink today. 2 for practice, the rest for team and player pictures. Long ass day. Pics b4 lunch had a lotta smiles. After lunch more serious/tired face. Did throw a load of laundry in b4 i went out this mornin (yes i can do laundry) even tho i still have clean boxers in my closet.

Sushi

I had Some interesting looking sushi today. It was delicious. Week one is done and we have the weekend off so time to relax and settle in. Three days of two off ice sessions and one on ice session after the travel here has me pretty tired. Really enjoying everything so far.
